Who doesn’t like dancing? During these trying times, I can think of nothing more cathartic than losing myself to the power of song.

But let’s maybe leave the complicated dance moves to the professionals?

You can let out a sigh of relief: the woman featured in the video, 25 year old dance teacher Millie Slennet, suffered only minor bruising on her face and neck after being rushed to the hospital. Even so, I can’t help but relate to Millie’s father, who says the Dirty Dancing near-disaster still gives him nightmares.

The first part of the dance looks great! But, needless to say, the landing could use a little bit of work…
